INVESTING IN DISCIPLES
House of Grace Studios is currently offering the opportunity to invest in the new movie Disciples. This is not a loan and is considered an angel investment. A full Business Proposal is available by filling out the form below. Here is some basic information you need to be aware of before investing in Disciples.
WHAT DOES THE MONEY I INVEST WITH GO TOWARDS?
The overall budget for the film’s pre-production, production, and post-production. This includes hiring cast and crew, renting equipment, and any aspect of the film’s budget.
Marketing and distribution budget is not included in this round of investment.
What happens to the money I invest in Disciples?
Your investment will initially be marked as a pledge. Once we have acquired enough pledges to green light the project, you will sign a contract with Disciples Movie, LLC. Your money will be managed by the managers of Disciples Movie, LLC. You will receive updates on how the production is going at each stage of the process.
do I make money if Disciples makes money?
Yes. This is not a donation. The initial NET PROFITS of the movie (after expenses) are immediately paid back to you the investor. Once you receive your investment, plus an extra 20%, the net profits will be split between you and Disciples, LLC. However, this is a risk. If the film does not make money you will lose your investment.
